I think it will be hard to get some info in English here...

I do not live in Warsaw anymore, but looking through the forum it seems that Marek from Górczewska street (Wola / Bemowo, which is exactly on the other end looking from Praga) is the workshop that has the most of good forum users recommendations in Warsaw:

It seems that the address and phone number have been updated in 2018.

I have no idea if Marek speaks English though.
