the IBAN and BIC code is an european standard, incusive poland. Please ask as your bank. International transfers in EU from bank to bank are costfree. If you go on "Anmeldeformular" at smart club than you see after zameldowac the IBAN and BIC code from the smart club. If it really don´t works from Poland, please write it, and we seek for another way.
On the Event link is a pricelist too, where you can see the prices for bed and breakfast.
If you go to the Event, than you can tell us, wich way you drive, because, some german smarts are going there as a convoi. For example: If you go over Berlin, i think there is a convoi; the same over Dresden. But the built of convois is often only a few days before the meeting. If we know, who of you comes at wich route we can tell you the contact to a convoi if you are interest on this way.
