Procedura smarowania zacinającego się mechanizmu zmiany biegów:
to do the job you need to:
1 remove air box
2 remove battery
3 remove battery tray
4 make sure the gear knob is in neutral !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
5 unclip the cables connected to the mechanism in the photo that's in the gearbox
6 use a torx bit on a wrench to undo the 3 torx bolts that are in the gear box, be very cerful as there is nutlock on the bolts.
7 wiggle the shifter up out of the gearbox
8 with your hand move the mechanism and see if it still is stiff, if so get lubing !!
9 it was about 30 minutes of squirting WD40 and bike lube all over the top parts till it started to get more loose.
10 I heated the top parts a bit with a blow torch to open the parts to allow the lubricant in but not the WD40 !
Try and get the bike lubricant into the moving parts.
11 finish off by spraying white grease over the outside bits.
12 slowly wiggle it back into position.
13 refit.
14 done.
